PROGRAM DETAILS:

• Travel Expenses Covered: Round-trip airfare, 3-night hotel stay (including breakfast), lunches in VIP lounge at the fair, transfers from the airport to the hotel and shuttle service from the hotel to the exhibition.

• VIP Access: VIP badge, private lounge access, and exclusive networking opportunities.

TRIP ITINERARY 2025:

• May 27: Departure from your choice of US city (flights booked through a US travel agent).

• May 28: Arrive in Milan, Italy, transfer (provided) to hotel and hotel check-in.

• May 29-30: Visit IPACK-IMA at Fiera Milano Exhibition Center .

• May 31: Departure from Milan airport to USA*.
