SIGEP/AB TECH 2023: January 21-25

The SIGEP/AB TECH trade show is one of the world's most important exhibits in the artisan gelato, bakery, pastry, coffee and other food preparation equipment. The shows will also showcase the latest in furnishings, display cases and decorations, with over 1,000 exhibitors.  Furthermore, this year’s iteration of the show will feature AB TECH 2023—a joint show specifically highlighting the world of baking.
